Having a look at the last five quarters. It looks like from the A1 we brought up to the surface an average of 2,649 tonnes of ore per month. Last month we brought up 4,345 tonnes. So it seems that what management had invested into the upgrades over the last year in time and money is paying off, and they did what they said they would do.
So if in the last five quarters we averaged 2,951 ounces per quarter and that increased by a factor of 1.64 to 4,839 ounces per quarter based on more ore processed, (assuming similar grades) at the current Gold prices of $3,000 AUD per once. That comes out to 58 million in revenue for a year.
Yet we have a MC of $24M minus $3M cash at at the end of last quarter and probably another $2M in profit since the end of June and we are probably looking at an EV of $19M at present.
Either the people/person with lots of shares that are full of fear, or they are smart and purposely driving the SP down so they can buy up cheap. My opinion is the later.
Anyway in four weeks the numbers will be in for the September quarterly.
