The problem with people who argue for the sake of arguing is - if someone says BoDs and the MD have to take some responsibility for the SP they turn on that person and accuse them of saying - it's all the BoDs fault.
And those very same people will argue until they turn blue it's only sentiment and anything else but never BoDs (partial) fault.
Talking about warship... blame anyone else and keep holding the bag.
And I said many times - use Ignore option.
