The free dig comment is great, be interesting to see how much further that continues and eventually what cost savings it delivers. I can see them adjusting the profit share arrangement when they extend the pit and then drilling from the base of the pit to better define the underground, having to drill 50 meters less each time must also save some serious $. I think they will keep going with the sharing arrangement just on better terms so that they get more cash in the bank and can fund drilling again and getting coyote underway. The nice thing about this deal is it doesn’t consume management time which is important in a small company. Plenty of other ground where they could replicate this sort of deal.
