What people want and the real world are two different things.
Management don't do things for the hell of it. The studies have bought interest and will help with the finance side. You can be sure they have been offered deals. If they dont add up, you don't do them. I'm glad they didn't do something silly and sell the farm to elevate short term issues. They bought these high grade assets when no one wanted them. The studies tell us it was a very good move.
