As far as I understand they already got their nice little bonus when Likn Gold walked away from the deal back in 2012/2013 leaving them with half a million dollars rather than paying another $2.5 to get 100%.
That was all going to happen through an entity called Brimstone .... brimstone happens to be registered at 91 Evans st Shenton Park - same address as an asx company called Eco Supplies and Construct that went insolvent and was seregistered.
On the strength of an earn in of 40% of Empire Brimstone tried to float on ASX in may 2011.
When that failed theygliggedit off toLuo. Gold - 2012.
lion gold walked away and then this group called Barola acquired Brimstone
