All may not be coincidental with Cop28 and possible agreement between China and US to phase down carbon use extending to fossil fuels in final hours of Cop28 and anticipate greater demand for NDPR as part of policy framework and world government support going forward. Expect both plants to run, Texas to move forward, MP to move forward and several other projects now that there would be policy certainty for investment in all areas of a low carbon future. Stay tuned as Cop28 enters its final few hours. An agreement may have already been made!
