Perhaps the caveat might be "subject to successful Th removal by March 2026" but suspect that's not going to be a major issue.
High probability we'll find Lynas has a built base ~18ktpa thru C&L allowing them to respond quickly to demand growth as it becomes evident, maintaining its position ex China.
