If Over The Counter means straight up buying them using your account that has a US address I’d say no. People with addresses outside Oz/Nz were to have their shares sold and the proceeds remitted to them.
Ergo the selling pressure we saw on day 1 & possibly after if the volume wasn’t sufficient to have chewed through those.
