I spent the day walking around car yards looking for a new or used car. Cars are now very expensive. I bought a Honda HRV Rs in 2017 for 33 k brand new for my wife.... same car on a lot today with 50,000 km
asking 35,500 ? I put a little over a third of a tank in my ageing Audi ..$65 ( only takes premium ). I was out today with a vengeance looking for an electric car.
I visited multiple car yards but only saw 3 electric cars in the yards all day . Tiresome looking at clunky old petrol/ diesel vehicles with big fuel tanks. We need to get a move along .
Ev' s not only look sleek and superior, they are enjoyable to drive, have no emissions and use materials like nickel/cobalt that ARL and Australia have in abundance.
I think the penny has finally dropped with the government. Morrison wouldn't even think about carrying a lump of coal into Parliament House today. I think he realises if he doesn't move with the times he will suffer the same outcome voters delivered in SA .
