the cost have always been dictated by what a partner wants and has requested, ( example change in autoclaves) this is no secret and has been in many of the Co official releases , same as restricted access to off-take without financing
your continued , deliberate misrepresentation of these facts shows you to be bitter , ignorant or intentionally misleading
