Righto, I'll take it from your response that you can't quite lay your finger on where you claim to have seen mention of sterilisation drilling.
Ans as for your claim posters need to read announcements more closely, perhaps you can heed your own advice. My post references the comment 'right time, right place' from the recent announcement, they're not my words....so, please take the time to comprehend what's been said, not just what you see.
Other than that, I have NFI what the rest of your post is referring to...
