re: Ann: Kalgoorlie North Gold Project Acquis... I suspect that a spin-off IPO is being planned in due course. This deal is being done in an Atom subsidiary called GPM. I would imagine the plan will be to float that entity in due course reaping a windfall for AXY. Plus - as an AXY shareholder - there may be the prospect of being offered shares in the new entity (perhaps at a preferential price).
Could all be quite interesting.
