Cheers for your thoughts mainholm, as you say, the NST are indeed very experienced in regards to mines that are currently in operation (or have been). But as NST explains, there are fewer to buy and the ones that are for sale are too expensive. So where will NST find its next growth projects? I agree its current projects may offer a certain % increase on actual production, but after than, plants can only produce what their capacity allows.
Have NST ever stated they only have an Australia focus? Or will this mean they may look further afield than Australia? Or, as I postulated, perhaps they will start looking at deposits that can actually be developed (new plant etc etc)?
Anyway, just wondering as I do hold a couple of small caps with decent projects in W.A that IMHO have good return on equity and would take less than 1 year to build an start producing (not going to mention them, as NST threads don't need to be diluted).
