    decommissioning is planned for 2027.

    power is used interchangeably with the word electricity.
    truth drop or mis-leading?

    some suggest that wind turbines use up electricity to begin spinning and even continue spinning.
    it is believable considering the massive size of the wind turbine. Not to mention the seemingly wind resistant shape.
