Of the three sites proposed to co-locate with Crusoe (Alsike, Crossfield & Myers) it would appear to me that Crossfield is by far the best site in terms of location, etc.
The only thing lacking is there is no current carbon sequestration options nearby, however there are three proposed sites all within about 15km from Crossfield. The site is immediately adjacent to a 240kV transmission line and about 10km from TC Energy's NGTL.
And most importantly, they have fully secured the 320 acre site with room for up to 5 co-located energy and data centre modules.
It is also the closest of all the sites to a major population centre, being only about a 40 minute drive from the heart of Calgary.
