That was just my opinion of what I know of the sites.
Community consultation has occurred on Myers and Crossfield, which is part of the pre-FEED process. I've located the specific locations for both sites through public information, although it has taken a bit of work to precisely pinpoint them.
I have yet to locate Alsike with 100% accuracy nor can I locate any evidence of community consultation yet taking place.
As a private company, I have no way of knowing what Crusoe's thoughts are on how they want to proceed, eg one site at a time, all three at once, etc so cannot comment on the specific delays with Crusoe and KDP (or the individual special purpose vehicles) entering into binding PDAs.
