OK. Let's all put on our rational thinking hats.

We can make an educated guess that maybe KPO has been engaged with Crusoe for a year now. Obviously, there was much earlier discussions prior to the first ANN in August 2024.

So Crusoe has now had at least 12 months to figure out if KPO is the right partner for them.

As they move into the second year of negotiations (that includes the expanded scope that was announced to market late November 2024) do you think...

1. Crusoe continues to work closely with KPO to solidify details of the much lauded "mutually-beneficial and substantial PDA"
2. Or does Crusoe have no interest in a partnership and really wish KPO would just stop mentioning their name in company ANNs?

Rational thinking says scenario #1 is still in play right now. And ASX's continuous disclosure obligations say it can't be #2. So I guess that leaves us needing to be patient for now. Oh, and needing some $$$.....$$$ from a site sale would be nice, too.
