Yes Surandy & I guess that is what makes the market, different peoples calculations/interpretation of the value of physical & intellectual assets & what sort of return they are generating or 'could' generate. Everyone is looking for 'hidden' value - or 'over value' if you are a shorter.
The only value I see here is the 'intellectual property' value of some of the BOD & management, who know this gas generation business & have developed significant value in previous ventures.
IF Saddle Hills could be sold for your approx. calculated figure, based on previous sale, then great, that would bring the physical assets up to approx the current MC at 0.5c - 0.6c ++ obviously give the market some confidence in the 'intellectual property' value of management being able to do that. Also it would provide some on going funding. However, from what I see from the prospectus, there is zero book value attributed to Saddle Hills - more than happy if someone can point out otherwise i.e. some clever asset value attributed to KDP but not showing in KPO's assets ?
Along with everyone else invested here, the sooner the better, unless of course you see some huge SP to value mismatch & you want to buy more shares before the lid blows off this & it 'goes to the moon' - that's not me BTW, I have plenty & a reasonably low average so if any of these plans get signed off into reality, I will do fine BUT ATM I see better value/risk elsewhere. I will just sit on what I have and WAIT WAIT WAIT some more ... maybe this week !!
