EGM on Monday to vote on the issue of placement shares to directors.
I have, with other companies, seen resolutions like this be pulled at the last minute where the share price has languished under the issue price. So this would be telling if the directors proceed with the purchase of shares at a premium to the market price at this point, suggests that they still see value.
Who else thinks we will get an announcement, besides the quarterly, on Monday or shortly thereafter?
