It is highly unlikely they would withdraw the motions as much of the money raised has already been spent;
the legal consequences would be horrific!
I think you are being optimistic expecting the Quarterly on Monday a whole two days before it is due!
It would be a very welcome change.
At the very least we should get an update on the progress of the sale.They could at least ask Twelve /six for a written
up date and share that with the market.
We continue to live in hope as we have for the past !
