They are at the bottom of the queue when it comes to deals as they are a minnow still and do not have a proven track record, so a deal will only happen if there is no one else to deal with and they are desperate for the power. That is their main hope and not much else. That or Alberta becoming the 51st state, equal chances of both I suppose.
