this might be because they are actually held back (Re-ligare) in mental and spiritual development.
when something significant or surprising occurs, they can't help to apply determinism. Determinism is the idea that a higher power (e.g. God) has full and total control - the thoughts and actions of an individual are meaningless and ineffectual.
determinism is a coping mechanism stemming from right brain imbalance. Right brain imbalance causes one to be self-loathing and order following, solipsistic. "There is no truth, truth can't be known, I'm an order follower - and that's OK because everything is already determined."
in this case, management has contributed much time and effort and resources to produce a development agreement. Yet right brain imbalance causes some to think it is predetermined, despite earlier being highly skeptical. Couldn't be more wrong .
