Wow! Definitely worth a watch. The recording goes for just over an hour and a half with the presentation portion taking about 45 minutes and presumably the Q&A section the rest. I say presumably as I've only had time tonight to watch the first 45 minutes.
When you consider what they are currently doing in Alberta, and what many of the team have done in the past I can see exactly why the Kalina Cycle stuff has been put to one side for the time being and that KPO is seriously significantly undervalued.
Normally in these types of scenarios you would expect as they are growing, for there to be significant dilution in order to achieve that growth. Eg selling up to 50% of KDP as was originally considered. However if they can achieve a decent sale price for one or two projects then you'd be looking at 10, 20 maybe as high as 30% of existing projects, ie non-dilutionary however reducing longer term potential cash if instead they were sold after full development or construction.
