Interesting dynamics regarding the Trump trade war against Canada. I suspect part of what hit the US AI/data centre related stocks the other day was the uncertainty over energy supplies. Canada, especially Alberta, now has a huge advantage as a destination for any would be data centre builder in that regard, as well as relative regulatory certainty. A potential huge surplus of energy supplies in Canada versus a potential shortage in the US! (At least until the US eventually deals with their Russian backed saboteur!)
