I think everyone on this chat site has had enough of the pattern of look how great our Canadian team is going followed by new great deal followed by placement , rights issue options to directors that are never exercised because of failure to deliver. Not surprising that even the die hard supporters like me are reaching breaking point’ When do the independents on the Board start holding management’s feet to the fire? The option hurdles for executives were only put in place because they were faced with a massive backlash. We are all praying they get over the first hurdle for half the latest options to vest-of KDP raising $13 million …..although we are uncertain as to when that passes.Is it end March ?mid April ? End April? The only measure of comfort is that the major shareholder continues to pour in the cash.
