If the business case stacks up, the regulatory burdens have been resolved, the engineering design work for modular components is done & tenders for actually building them are sorted I don't see why they won't attract financing, whether the terms are great or mediocre is another thing. Regardless I think we could see a significant re-rate. The market stinks at the moment so potentially a good opportunity to add more. Anyone holding this thing believes in the product right?
