It sounds like they needed the 4 plants in order to be able to negotiate good terms on the gas tolling arrangement.
This is quite a significant change to the previously announced finance agreement with Akira which only covered the first 2 plants so looking forward to some clarification around this and hoping they have sufficient cash to last until the end of July now.
