So the obvious question is:
who’s paying? Their agreement with Akira is for 2 plants, who’s covering the next larger one?
presumably if delaying FNTP they are also running this one, but clarity needs to be provided here. They should have run the third plant as a separate agreement and closed FNTP on the first two.
This smells of an excuse for delays to me.
KPO is always changing goalposts with no clarity.
