Don't know much about JRB but I would say you are correct that no one would buy 1/2 mil on market if not a very, very good prospect.
I was holding a large parcel of RER as the drill results the past 2 years have been very good but price was tanking so I sold to invest elsewhere, happy I kept a small parcel.
