Current shareholders will be hoping that David is concentrating on meeting his performance hurdle conditions approved at the last AGM: 

1) The Company’s TSR is greater than the TSR of 75% of PeerCompanies over the period 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019

2) The identification of total pollucite/caesium mineralresources at the Pioneer Dome Project of greater than 10,000 tonnes containing> 10% Cs2O (exclusive of the current Sinclair mineral resource estimate) by30 June 2019

3) The Company generates a Sinclair Mine project net profitafter tax equal to or greater than $10 million by 30 June 2019
