You are spot on. PIO is about assuming and hope.
The KPI's were essentially the same as last year in 2017 but with one less condition. I supposed shareholders were assuming they were something tangible a year ago too.
Perhaps the 2019 agm will have the same KPI but not 3 conditions. It will be down to 2, or maybe one. Just like the share price, 4 cents to 2 cents to......?
