I think PIO management are taking the correct course of action here. There has been a lot of criticism that the company has jumped from project to project never seeing anything through to completion. This has been funded by regular CR's that have disappointed holders and kept the SP low.

When ths BoD see the Sinclair zone through to production it'll prove they do have what it takes and provide much needed funds to advance other projects like the rest of Pioneer Dome and the Kangan gold. When the company has an imcome that can fund proper exploration of Kangan then we'll see a rerate and hopefully leave the penny dreadful status long behind.
