eg. IF a contracted prospector found a bucketful of watermelon seed nuggets on a tenement owned by company X and then just got on the net and told everyone with pics and geo map, the sp would likely go nuts!
It's a combination of non-disclosure/inside and market sensitive information.  The person in question started out on the periphery and is now well and truly in the thick of it.
I can't see any other position he can adopt.
Sensitive information??  I certainly don't doubt it given pics we've seen previously.
As he has said, a lot going on and all will be revealed over time.
