Understandably I think you are over thinking it and negatively. Alistair was more of a geologist more than a CEO, I loved the guy met him on a number of occasions and spoke to him many times. I believe we are at the business end of it now and Alwyn is more of a business person who will demand things get done and understands the process. I think that Alastair should of remained in some sort of capacity cause he worked hard and understood the asset better tan anyone but i also was led to believe the relationship with him and the big boss was untenable for whatever reason.
