Don't agree that Fazio has a full time job project managing something out of his league.Never built a rare earths plant before?
Don't agree with Matthews in charge of finances and commercial functions.No proven success in any notable companies.
Neither to me have any proven success in this field and we should of surrounded ourselves with industry experts being the magnitude of the tier 1 asset they are dealing with.
When I critic he company in a negative way these are the type of decisions I am alluding to. They are both very good mates of our chairman but this isn't a job for the boys type of project.
Why we will be ok is the sheer size and quality of this almighty Asset. Lets just hope that the mentality from up above in the company recognises the full potential and works relentlessly o achieve it. .
I'm also a bib believer in Alwyn and his vision moving forward.
