re: Ann: Kangeshi Project - Suspension Of Exp... I'm no longer a holder becasue I don't like investing in the DRC. That said I once travelled to the Congo and met some of the nicest people you could ever meet anywhere.

As a non holder I shouldn't comment but I would interpret the letter as meaning the company has to help pay for the establishment of the "forest nursery" AND likely channel the "funds" though a "nominated party" to realise the construction of the nursery. This is pure speculation on my part and I could be wrong but the DRC has a reputation.

The mountain gorilla parks operated this way under the Mobutu regime .... greesed palms creating an incentive for that former regime to ensure the survival of the Gorillas ... and also a trickle down of at lease some funds to the locals involved in the conservation project.

What should the company do? Maybe if there was a way to be directly involved in the nursury project some level of transparency may be possible.
