the mine is commissioned.OK?
someone has submitted an ambit claim ..at the death.
the company has to report the entirety of the full claim ... and chooses (it would appear) at this stage not to dispute it ...so the project is costing a few million more than the forecast $125m ..so what! the ongoing operation of the mine is unaffected and revenue is coming in... in a few weeks .
no doubt the contractor offered to accept HGO scrip to settle .Hopefully HGO sees them off soon ..but even if it doesn't the integrity of the company's officers remains intact ...and the mine is operating!
bought more HGO at 21.5 cents
