I am not sure how you think Hillgrove can improve Kanmantoo without spending money … the expansion will improve profitability thru economies of scale … currently HGO is borderline profitable, which in mining, is unsustainable longterm.
As far as the sp I do believe HGO needs to understand results won’t necessary convert to sp increases without engaging in solid investor relations given the past.
