The hunt is on and that is all that matters and there are targets and the Copper has come out of the ground from underneath not just been dropped onto the surface from outer space.

The only problem with resistance is 1m wide ore body say 1.2% at 100 ohms would read the same resistance as 2m width at 0.6% and (200 ohms if only 1m width) which also would read 100 ohms overall.
One being twice the grade of the other.
It comes down to a drill bit and whatever grade they ultimately find.
IMHO -The harder it is to find in the target area,the likelihood it is of a narrower width or more concentrated overall ore body,but of a higher grade.
Hence the earlier have a go drilling of the deeps finding nothing was more positive than the negative perceived.
