I think your copper price calculation is off a bit. copper is currently at $6.43 AUD per pound.

The economic study had an all in sustaining cost of $8051 per tonne (less increased precious metal credits of about $300 per tonne), so the current price of $14188 per tonne less the AISC gives around $6400 per tonne in free cash flow.

They hedged a few thousand tonnes of production at $12,500 to protect early revenues, so that may affect the bottom line in the short term

Also, HGO have stated that production is in line with projected costs.
