I agree but it's going to take better results than the one just announced. all will happen in due time.
I'm gathering there isn't going to be much action with this for at least a few weeks to a month or so. good time to accumulate. the SP may gravitate a little lower from here. however as stated in earlier threads there are some very solid JV's and also some great backing.
once it moves it'll fly. just not yet. patience is key.
