These oil wells now being completed will increase EEG's cash flow this quarter, and will help offset the costs of the next positive 12 new oil wells to be drilled this year of 2012.
If EEG continues to have a 70% success rate with these oil wells, then the profit level cash flow rates will be well in excess of our drilling and operational costs.
All good, as we head for the big $bonanza, in EEG's land revaluations from $zip on the books now, to $blue sky, once defracking is fully accepted in mid-year.
