Thats why i hoped to see management buy shares on market, so they could feel the pain (and gains) of shareholders and more directly align them with us.
Yet to see that happen unfortunately though, so whilst they wouldnt be happy with the drops there is nothing like a hit to the back pocket to get people moving and motivated.
