bfs is being varied by consultation with mining engineers/companies that should reduce capex and at little cost as they will get works. Also opportunities to work in possibly with other mining groups in area producing better combined purchasing power.
Yes shot term raise may be required not discounted in the announcement but finance is possible draw down before we actually dig on site from development bank.
