Yep! That is what juniors have to do to prove up their resource! It not easy to find a payable deposit and it is a risky business for investors and some explorers will never get to dig. However, if they find something of quality, pretty sizeable AND can PROVE it - share price will rise accordingly and it is much easier to raise non dilutive capital. More often than not they will be taken over if it has the potential to be very profitable.
