We have a billion shares on issue. Any further development will require more cash and CR'S...sorry for stating the bleeding obvious, but unless something staggering happens or gets discovered this will never be a great multiplier of wealth.
Dr Rose has lead us up a very dilutive path. At current SP if we have to raise say 200m it's going to mean billions more and probably a reconstruction.
