Frank you jest,surely - they built a power line and a railway line - its 2014 mate -these are LOW TECH achievements - even the plant is not very high tech - it was managed by greedy morons who lack the honesty to inform the market (that is people you and me) of their lack of progress in a timely manner. Absolutely nothing to be proud of here Frank.
