Read the announcement carefully everybody. What does "first" instalment mean? Are there more to come?

What does next 12 months mean? It means the next 12 months. Why would you refer to the next 12 months if you where only expecting to need bridging finance for 3 months?

Sorry to pour cold water on your green moment but you have to read and comprehend the words. If you can't answer these questions then you have to accept this is a long term investment.
