they have the agreement for 12 months so they dont have to renegotiate if the worsted happens. from all reports though it wont be necessary as they should be cash positive this quarter if everything falls into place which it has been.
If there was any "Items of interest" which can affect a share price GBG/Anstell = Karrara would of reported it to the ASX in a release. they have done that so far whenever a situation came up so im sure they will again as time goes by. not worth the risks of penalties by not reporting to asx.
Not worth conspiracising about when its all legal contracts that need to have dates and such. besides it means we are more secure because its 12 months not 3.
i dont believe conspiracising is a word but it is now lol.
