Yes Kml control the split iPod cash. Now Ansteel run the board it could be a while before they decide to split any between the two partners. As people keep saying. Ansteel only want the ore so they won't care if Kml splits of cash. They would probably be happy to pay debt down with any profit.
I originally thought having Ansteel on board was a good idea and if project had progressed as per plan probably would have been.
Seems to now be a double edged sword not a safety barrier for GBG. They have our money tied up so they can get ore with little chance of us Gbg shareholders making any sort of a profit.
